PersonaHouse is built for consent-based creative work. These rules protect people, rights holders, and the service.
Consent and likeness
Do not upload or generate a real person unless you are that person or have the rights and consent required for the requested use. We may investigate requests from depicted people concerning unauthorized likeness content.
Prohibited uses
- Child sexual abuse or exploitation material.
- Nonconsensual intimate imagery or sexualized depictions of a person without consent.
- Deceptive impersonation, fraud, harassment, hate, threats, or illegal activity.
- Malicious misinformation or content that violates privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, or other rights.
- Attempts to bypass safety, credit, access, or account controls.
Safety reporting
The app provides a way to report unsafe generated results and rights concerns. We may preserve limited evidence needed to investigate misuse and comply with valid legal requests.
Enforcement
We may block a request, remove hosted content, restrict features, suspend an account, or report unlawful material when required. Enforcement is designed to be proportionate to the conduct and risk.
