This policy explains the information PersonaHouse handles, why it is needed, and the choices available to you.
Information you provide
We handle account and profile information, prompts, Persona details, content you upload or capture, generated media, purchase and credit records, consent choices, privacy requests, and communications you send to us.
How we use information
We use information to authenticate accounts, provide requested creative and AI features, maintain Persona continuity, store your work, process purchases, prevent misuse, provide support, secure the service, and comply with legal obligations.
AI processing and service providers
When you choose an AI feature, PersonaHouse sends only the content and instructions needed for that request to contracted service providers that process the request for us. PersonaHouse does not identify provider names or internal architecture in the generation flow. We disclose categories and purposes here so your choice is informed without interrupting every creation.
Camera, microphone, and photo library
PersonaHouse asks for device access in context, when you use a feature that needs it. You may decline or change access in device settings. Removing an item from PersonaHouse deletes the in-app or cloud copy covered by that action; it never deletes the original or an exported copy stored in your device photo library.
Retention and security
We retain account and creative content while needed to provide the service, and retain limited records when required for security, fraud prevention, purchases, backups, disputes, or law. We use access controls and encrypted network connections designed to protect data, but no system can promise absolute security.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, portability, deletion, restriction, or objection, and withdraw optional consent. PersonaHouse provides these controls in the app under Privacy & Safety. Account deletion is available in the account area and through the instructions on our Account Deletion page.
Children and changes
PersonaHouse is not directed to children. We may update this policy as the service changes and will provide notice when a change materially affects how information is handled.
