Terms of Use
These terms govern access to the PersonaHouse beta and the creative features available through it.
Your account
You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding your credentials, and activity conducted through your account. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or legal rights.
Your content and permissions
You retain rights you hold in content you submit. You give PersonaHouse the limited permission needed to host, process, transform, and deliver that content at your direction. You must have the rights and permissions required for people, brands, and materials depicted in your content.
Digital clones and responsible use
You may create a representation of a real person only when you are that person or have their informed permission. You may not use PersonaHouse to impersonate, defraud, harass, exploit, or mislead others, or to violate privacy, publicity, intellectual-property, or other rights.
AI results
AI results may be inaccurate, inconsistent, or similar to content produced for others. You are responsible for reviewing results and deciding whether they are appropriate and lawful for your intended use.
Credits, subscriptions, and stores
Prices, included credits, renewal periods, and generation costs are shown before purchase or generation. App subscriptions and digital purchases are handled through the applicable app store and are subject to its billing, cancellation, and refund rules.
Enforcement and account closure
We may block generation, remove hosted content, or restrict accounts that violate these terms, law, safety requirements, or third-party rights. You may initiate account deletion from the app. Some transaction, security, and legal records may be retained where required.
Beta service
PersonaHouse beta features may change and may occasionally be unavailable. The service is provided without a promise that every generation will meet a particular purpose. Any limitation of liability or dispute provision will apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
